Voice, Text & Email Communications Policy

By providing your phone number and/or email address to McAdams Insurance Agency (Shearinco Enterprises Inc. dba McAdams Insurance Agency), you may receive communications from us related to insurance quotes, policy servicing, and, based on the marketing preferences you choose, marketing and promotional messages.
Authorization to Use Your Information
By submitting a quote, policy-change, or contact form, you authorize McAdams Insurance Agency (Shearinco Enterprises Inc., dba McAdams Insurance Agency) to use the information you provide to quote, obtain, bind, and service insurance coverage on your behalf, and to contact you by telephone call, text message, and email, at the telephone number and email address you provided, for those purposes.
Marketing Preferences on Our Forms
Our quote and policy-change forms include separate marketing preference switches for email, phone calls, and text messages. Marketing communications are sent only through the channels set to “Yes” when you submit the form. For each such channel, you give McAdams Insurance Agency your prior express written consent to send you marketing communications at the email address or telephone number you provided, including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology, and prerecorded or artificial-voice messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Submitting a request authorizes us to contact you about that request whether or not you consent to marketing.
Every marketing communication includes a way to opt out. You may unsubscribe or revoke your consent at any time, effective immediately, by updating your marketing/subscription preferences, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP to any text message, calling us at (770) 445-4474, or emailing service@mcadamsinsurance.com. Revoking marketing consent does not stop service communications about your policies or requests.
Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number, you may receive text messages from McAdams Insurance Agency at that number, including messages related to quotes, policy servicing, appointment reminders, and (if your text marketing switch is on) promotional offers. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may opt out at any time, effective immediately, by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at service@mcadamsinsurance.com. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Phone Calls
If you provide your telephone number, McAdams Insurance Agency may call you at that number to service your policy or follow up on your request and, if you consented to phone marketing, for marketing purposes. Calls may be placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology and may include prerecorded or artificial-voice messages. Consent to marketing calls is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may revoke consent at any time, effective immediately, by telling us during any call, calling (770) 445-4474, or emailing service@mcadamsinsurance.com. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and maintain our own internal do-not-call list.
If you provide your email address, McAdams Insurance Agency may send you emails about your requests and policies and, if you consented to email marketing, marketing content. Every marketing email identifies McAdams Insurance Agency as the sender, includes our postal address (65 Antioch Road, STE B, Dallas, GA 30157), and includes a working unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time, effective immediately, using that link or by updating your marketing/subscription preferences. Service-related emails needed to administer your policy may continue after you unsubscribe from marketing.
Your Choices
Consent to marketing communications is always separate from and never required to receive a quote or service your policy. You may withdraw consent at any time using the methods above, and we will process your request without unreasonable delay.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through our website, forms, and communications is used to provide insurance quotes, service your policy, and communicate with you about your account. We share your information with insurance carriers, MGAs, aggregators, brokerage markets, and insurance partner networks solely as needed to source, quote, obtain, service, and bind your insurance coverage. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for any purpose outside of quoting, obtaining, servicing, or binding your insurance coverage.
